Bailey Robinson IV: Founder & CEO

Bailey Robinson is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate, construction, and finance. With a keen eye for property development and investment opportunities, he has successfully navigated the complexities of real estate acquisitions, development, and construction. Bailey currently serves as the Founder & CEO of Two Hawks Collective, a boutique real estate consulting firm specializing in sponsor representation, project management, financing solutions, and investing, with a focus on mixed-use real estate development. Prior to this role, he spent 15 years in New York working for two leading full-service real estate acquisition, development, and management firms. During that time, he specialized in identifying, financing, and managing real estate investments on behalf of institutional clients and high-net-worth investors. Over his career in New York, he was responsible for more than $1 billion in real estate sales. Bailey holds a B.A. from Belmont University and a postgraduate professional degree from New York University in construction and project management. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with his three daughters and can often be found fly fishing or skiing in his free time.
